Check In -- 7:30 am Show Starts -- 9:00 am
Judges: Ring 1 – TBD Ring 2 – TBD
For Both the Mini Rings and the ADGA Nigerian Dwarf Rings:
Senior Does will be first in the morning; no pre-show milk out will be required.
Junior Does will follow (maybe before lunch depending on time for senior does)
Junior/Senior Combined Bucks will be after lunch
Specifics for the Mini Rings:
Breed order for does will be Mini Nubians, All Other Minis.
If we get enough entries, we will add Mini Lamancha sanctions.
There is only a single sanction (AOM) for mini bucks.
If there are enough entries, we will add a Mini Nubian sanction for bucks.
Sanction rules require a minimum of 8 goats and 2 owners for MGDA, and 6 goats and 2 owners for TMGR.
MDGA requires you to be a member before the show in order to be eligible to participate in the MDGA portion of the show. Please submit your member application or renewal well before the show, if you wish your goats to be considered for the MDGA sanctions.
Logistics:
This is a show out of your trailer/car event. You are encouraged to bring equipment to set up your own pens.
A small number of pens can be provided, but must be reserved by April 30, 2023. They are expensive -- $15/pen (which is what the fairgrounds charges us and you are responsible for cleaning them prior to leaving). Payment for pens is due at reserving them and is not refundable.
If you wish to arrive Friday evening, camping at the fairgrounds is an option. Overnight fees are $52/night for RV, tent or sleeping in your truck camping. The Fair charges $10 per night per pen for overnight pen fees. Please contact us for more info on camping.
COVID safety measures will be enforced. Will follow County Health Department and CDC Guidelines at the time of the show. We expect that masks and social distancing will be required. Congregating around the arena will be minimized. Please follow Show Chair directions about flow of movement (in/out gates of the arena, keeping distance between goats, etc.).

Show Fees:
Early Submission -- before 11:59 pm 5/8/2022 $10/goat for a single ring $15/goat for both rings Early submissions will be done on-line. Late entries must then be completed in person on the day of the show. Be there promptly at 7:30 am. Entry Fees the day of the Show will have an additional $2/goat/ring late fee.
